I couldn't rate this service highly enough. I was seen at very short notice due to terrible toothache. They were incredibly professional yet very welcoming and personable. My husband has had severe toothache for months and our NHS dentist wouldn’t even look at his teeth. At the end of his tether today we emailed Crewe Dental Care who called within 15 mins and gave him an emergency appointment for less than two hours later. They x-rayed and then extracted his back-wisdom tooth all within 30 mins. Super quick and highly efficient and all charges were made clear up front. Would highly recommend!!

I had been in severe pain with my teeth after a visit to my regular doctor. After being refused any pain medication and being unable to withstand the pain any longer I dialled 111 who gave me the number to Crewe dental care, which I contacted as a private patient. The care I received was out of this world. The receptionist was so lovely and welcoming and had even got me an earlier appointment. The dentist I saw, and her assistant were just the loveliest and informative dentists I have ever seen. They took the time to explain my issues and how to take precautions. Would recommend to anyone. Can’t thank them enough.

Absolutely fantastic
After over a week of ringing everywhere and constant nights without sleep due to pain I rang first thing this morning. After a friendly telephone conversation, the receptionist booked me in for an emergency appointment that afternoon. I was then rung an hour before to ensure I was still attending and if I was comfortable with what to do when arriving (due to Covid). Once I arrived every team member was so friendly and put me at ease. When entering the room for my consultation the dentist and nurse were fantastic, I was very nervous/anxious, but they soon helped me get over this. Following an X-ray, I was to have my wisdom tooth removed which was no easy job as half of it had crumbled away. The dentist and nurse were great throughout the whole process, even when I was being a wimp. It is certainly the friendliest dentist or even doctors I’ve ever been in. I will no longer feel anxious to attend the dentist again because I intend to use them from now on. 10 stars for service and friendliness!

Amazing service
After ringing around I was given an appointment the same day and the best prices in Crewe. Crewe dental care is the best dentist I've ever been to. Its Covid friendly and the receptionists were very kind. My dentist and nurse were the best practitioners I've ever met and made the whole scary dentist experience disappear. I was very nervous after experiencing tooth pain and bleeding gums. After the examination I needed a wisdom tooth extracted, I wasn't pressured into doing it the same day and left to think about it. I went ahead with it and felt no pain and felt silly after making a fuss. The dentist was very gentle and had a good sense of humour which is important for me. After being told by many dentists I couldn't correct my teeth, Crewe Dental Care reassured me I could. It’s always nice when you are told a problem with a solution instead of just being told a problem. I can't wait for this new journey. I really recommend Crewe dental care if you are thinking about it - 10/10.

From the minute you walk in, the receptionist come and greet you at the door and take you through to the waiting area. They are very warm and welcoming and make you feel comfortable for what may be nerve racking for a lot of people! I was in so much pain with my tooth and from ringing up that morning I was in and had an extraction and on my way home within two hours!! Amazing service! Can’t recommend these guys enough!! Every single person at the dental care makes you feel very welcoming and comfortable. For any of your dental needs I wouldn’t go anywhere else... once again thank you to the guys down at Crewe dental care!
